Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee end-to-end legal processes and manage a team.

This is a high-visibility role where you'll ensure compliance across jurisdictions, lead a team, and contribute hands-on to critical deliverables. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing entity administration and legal billing
  • Mentoring a team and collaborating with global legal counterparts
  • Ensuring compliance across jurisdictions

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. They will have 5–10 years of experience in legal administration, entity management, or business operations, with proven leadership skills and strong communication abilities.

This role involves managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent time management skills.

A strong understanding of compliance regulations and procedures is essential for this role. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that deadlines are met.

Additionally, the candidate will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
