About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Support Representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or customer service, preferably in an engineered manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal partners.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on commercial and technical matters, ensuring alignment with Flowserve's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Manage and monitor the proposal throughout the entire bid cycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Partner with Site Hubs to drive quotation performance within regions and across aligned product sites.
- Review customer specifications and documents to apply current Flowserve technical and commercial requirements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Mechanical Engineering).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an engineered manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and data analysis.
