We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Trade Receivables Finance - Customer Surveillance Analyst. This role involves reviewing and analysing cases, identifying risks, and compiling investigative reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Case Analysis: Utilise Bank systems, public domain information, and intelligence databases to assess commercial viability and/or genuineness of cases triggered by GSNA system for GTRF customers.
- Risk Management: Identify any anomalies or risk indicators related to Money Laundering and Fraud in customer relationships.
- Investigative Reports: Compile narratives of adequate quality, ensuring conclusions are supported with clear rationale and evidence.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- A strong understanding of GTRF products, systems, policies, and procedures, as well as FCC policies and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to make informed risk-based decisions.
