We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and maintain IT infrastructure on cloud, hybrid, and on-premise data centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT infrastructure issues for incidents, change requests, availability, and performance.
  • Perform security patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation for OS, middleware, databases.
  • Remediate identified vulnerabilities through infrastructure or collaboration with product teams.
  • Install and/or deploy application patches or upgrades.
  • Monitor and resolve infrastructure to ensure ongoing system reliability.
  • Support resiliency, backup, and disaster recovery activities and processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in DevSecOps processes and delivery in public or private cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Red Hat Linux is mandatory.
  • RHEL Certification is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of containerization platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with databases such as key-value, relational, and NoSQL.
  • Experience working on and integrating with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, Azure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural and geographically distributed team.
  • Experience in ITIL-based processes (incident, change, problem management) and tools.
  • Experience in monitoring processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
