Role Overview

We're seeking a creative and strategic influencer marketing expert to lead our influencer-led campaigns from start to finish.

  • Key responsibilities include identifying and scouting creators, managing end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, and building strong relationships with influencers and talent networks.

As an Influencer Marketing Strategist, you'll be responsible for ideating and conceptualizing influencer-led content campaigns, collaborating with internal creative teams, and staying immersed in social media platforms and creator culture.

  • Trend intelligence and content culture are crucial aspects of this role, requiring the ability to spot and leverage viral trends, emerging content formats, and up-and-coming creators.

Additionally, you'll track campaign performance and content engagement across influencer deliverables, providing input on what's working and what can be improved creatively and strategically.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or branded content.
  • Experience working in an agency or creator-led production environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong creative instincts, including experience writing content concepts, scripts, or creative briefs, are essential.
  • A deep understanding of the influencer landscape from micro to mega, across various niches, is required.
  • Excellent taste in content, strong pop culture awareness, and obsession with platform-native storytelling are also necessary.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, confident in working directly with both creators and clients.
  • Familiarity with influencer campaign platforms/tools is beneficial.
