Job Opportunity for Principal Associate in Intellectual Property Rights

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Associate to lead key intellectual property-related matters. The ideal candidate will have expertise in international IP laws, client-centric approach, and team leadership.

• Handle intellectual property rights matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
• Advise clients on intellectual property strategy, protection, enforcement, and commercialization.
• Draft, review, and file intellectual property applications (national & international), oppositions, assignments, and licensing agreements.
• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation and enforcement actions.
• Conduct intellectual property due diligence, freedom to operate (FTO), and infringement analysis.
• Liaise with external counsels, authorities, and international associates for cross-border intellectual property matters.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, legal amendments, and case laws related to intellectual property rights.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M). Registered Patent Agent is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in IP law.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling abilities.
• Proven track record in managing complex IPR portfolios and high-stakes litigation.
