  • Engage actively in knowledge sharing, training, process improvement initiatives, and testing new processes/tools

Flexibility and ability to work in shifts are essential for this position.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • Graduation in Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in actuarial roles
  • Strong understanding of pension and actuarial fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of actuarial valuation tools
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills
  • Superb communication and coaching abilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time

Desirable qualities include adaptability, attention to detail, good relationship skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
