Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities to ensure timely completion.

You will work closely with project team members, ensuring assigned tasks are completed efficiently.

Maintaining accurate project documentation, preparing regular status reports, and updating stakeholders are also key responsibilities in this role.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

A strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is also desirable.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management software is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular status reports.
  • Team Support: Work closely with project team members to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks or issues and assist in resolution.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor project costs under supervision.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and help implement improvements for greater efficiency in project execution.
  • Tool Usage: Utilize project management tools to track tasks and progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management software.
