**Job Description:**

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will lead our Salesforce initiatives and drive the growth of our team. As a Technical Expert, you'll be responsible for designing and architecting scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

**Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions

* Design and architect Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and maintainability

* Oversee customization and configuration of Salesforce components, such as custom objects, fields, workflows, and process builders

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

* Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

* 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 6 years in Salesforce administration, development, and project leadership

* Strong Salesforce development and design skills, including Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, Process Builder, and Salesforce architecture

* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

* Excellent written and oral communication skills
