We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position that involves working closely with our product managers, UI/UX designers, quality assurance engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • You will design, develop, and implement robust and scalable web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework, including both back-end logic and front-end integration.
  • Work extensively with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, designing database schemas, writing efficient SQL queries, optimizing database performance, and managing data migrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ruby on Rails Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in developing and deploying web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.
  • Database Proficiency: Proven expertise with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL databases, including schema design, advanced SQL querying, and performance tuning.
  • Web Technologies: Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end frameworks (e.g., jQuery, React).
  • Version Control: Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to software development challenges.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively within a team.
