Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee daily financial operations and ensure the company's overall financial health.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update general ledgers, prepare monthly financial statements, and analyze financial data.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file statutory compliance documents, such as GST returns and TDS.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (manufacturing sector preferred).
  • Proficient in accounting software (MS Excel etc.).
  • Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other taxation rules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
