Job Title: Senior Facebook Ads Manager

The ideal candidate will lead and optimize paid media campaigns for a leading beauty and cosmetics brand. They will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling Facebook ad campaigns to maximize ROI.

Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing large budgets with precision and accountability, conducting A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance analysis, as well as collaborating with creative and marketing teams to deliver winning strategies.

A proven track record of managing $50K+ monthly Facebook ad budgets is essential, along with strong analytical and data-driven mindset, deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or e-commerce industry is desirable but not necessary.
