Job Title: IT Support Specialist Are you a skilled technical support professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Analyst/IT Support professional to join our team. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide exceptional technical support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with users and peers through clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Deliver high-quality L1 Desktop Support up to end user level, including hardware, software, and networking problems.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and LAN troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferable for document management and collaboration.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Azure platforms to ensure seamless integration.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, as well as Windows Server OS 2016 for advanced troubleshooting.
  • Awareness of antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, and desktop applications to maintain a secure environment.
  • Able to follow documented issue resolution procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL would be an added advantage for career growth.
 Requirements: 
  • Must be a graduate without any arrears.
  • At least 0.6 month of experience in IT Support.
