Job Title: Creative Visualizer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that align with client briefs and the agency's creative standards.

This role focuses on designing static and digital creatives for social media, campaigns, print collateral, and other client requirements.

The successful candidate will manage multiple design assignments, collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams, and contribute to maintaining and elevating the agency's visual identity.

Staying up-to-date with design trends and tools is essential to delivering innovative content.

  • Consistently adhere to brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Meet deadlines for all projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless feedback incorporation
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews
  • Use professional editing tools and AI to improve output
  • Follow company processes for efficient delivery
  • Regularly report to managers
Responsibilities:
  • Graphic Design & Visualization
    • Create attractive designs based on briefs in a timely manner for social media content and other assets
    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and help visualize assets
    • Understand internal and client feedback and improve for future design work
  • Moodboard Creation and Visual Tone Setting
    • Set the tone and direction for videos to ensure consistency across existing and new brands
  • Research
    • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm, consumer psychology, and editing styles for different brands
  • Teamwork
    • Be a team player and help peers in high-pressure situations
  • Reporting
    • Report to manager regularly and update task lists in real-time
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Client Satisfaction – Positive internal and client feedback on quality and creativity
  • Technical Skills – Active utilization of new editing styles, tools, and AI for continuous improvement
  • Turnaround Time (TAT) – Reduce TAT for all projects
  • Reporting – Real-time task management and compliance within project management platforms
  • Teamwork – Ability to support team members effectively during workload peaks
Professional Growth Trajectory:
  • 0–3 Months: Deliver quality work, gain proficiency in agency processes, and build strong working relationships
  • 3–6 Months: Take on broader design assignments, offer ideas to enhance visual output, and participate in team brainstorming
  • 6–12 Months: Demonstrate reliability across multiple campaigns and platforms; mentor newer team members or interns on design tools and agency practices
  • 12–18 Months: Progress to handling major campaigns, contribute to agency design standards, and support the Design Head with training, reviews, or special projects
