Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure performance KPIs are met

- Allocate roles based on complexity, specialization, and timelines
- Conduct technical screenings for IT, engineering, and healthcare roles
- Utilize CRM/ATS tools for tracking recruitment processes and reporting
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and visa requirements
- Manage client relationships, providing strategic recruitment guidance
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to align recruitment efforts
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and internal policies

Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in US staffing, with IT and Non-IT (Engineering & Healthcare) recruitment expertise
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating recruitment teams
- Strong technical screening skills for diverse roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS systems for talent management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of US visa requirements (H-1 B, TN, L-1)
- Willingness to work in the US shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
