Job Title:

Pipeline Infrastructure Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline Infrastructure Planner to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for determining water requirement calculations for Water Supply Schemes and Irrigation pipe distribution network projects.

  1. Determine water requirements for Water Supply Schemes and Irrigation pipe distribution network projects using technical expertise and industry standards.
  2. Develop pipeline layouts for Water Supply Scheme and Pressurized / Gravity pipe distribution network Irrigation Project, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety.
  3. Create hydraulic designs for Water Supply Scheme and Pressurized / Gravity pipe distribution network Irrigation Project using Water GEMS software, taking into account terrain, climate, and other environmental factors.
  4. Design L-Sections of pipelines on AutoCAD and E survey Software, ensuring precise measurements and accuracy.
  5. Conduct investigations, surveys, design, engineering calculations, and prepare working drawings and estimates for water supply schemes and Pressurized / Gravity pipe distribution network Irrigation Project.
  6. Calculate item-wise bill of quantity for projects, ensuring accurate costing and resource allocation.
  7. Estimate quantities and create bar bending schedules from drawings, streamlining the project execution process.
  8. Obtain design approvals from government departments and vetting institutes, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  9. Travel to sites and government departments for convincing, scrutiny, and approval, demonstrating effective communication skills.
  10. Develop report writing and presentation skills, creating engaging and informative reports that drive business decisions.
