Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Design Lead to spearhead our design team and shape the user experience of our products.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the B2C sector, and possess a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.
  • They should be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research.
  • Able to lead and foster creativity within a design team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in B2C design projects is essential.
