Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled senior engineer to develop cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions.

This role involves full lifecycle ownership of AI projects, from design and implementation to successful deployment in a production environment.

As a key member of our team, you will drive technical decisions and contribute to the evolution of our AI platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Architect and build robust backend systems.
  • Integrate interactions with Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and interfaces.
  • Optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval within AI agents.
  • Develop agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development.
  • Write clean, well-documented code following best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI advancements.
  • Contribute to the technical direction of our AI platform.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud platforms.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong track record of delivering backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of LLMs and their application in intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in additional programming languages.
  • Experience developing multi-agent systems.
  • Experience with serverless architecture and containerization technologies.
  • Experience with local LLM execution and management.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects.
  • Understanding of AI Ethics and Responsible AI principles.
  • Familiarity with other AI/ML technologies.
