Job Title: Senior Manual Tester

    A seasoned manual tester is required to join our team and be a part of the quality assurance process. The role involves creating detailed test plans, executing functional and regression testing, and ensuring software and systems meet the required standards.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and document detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify, document, and track defects with clear reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to validate bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze test results, provide feedback, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and defect management tools.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, bug reports, and test documentation.
  • Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
  • Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle complex systems testing.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certification preferred.

Experience:
  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, preferably in telecom or enterprise applications.
  • Experience in telecom software or network management systems a plus.
