Job Description:

Pine Labs is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Reconciliation and Settlements team. As Manager, you will be responsible for advancing the company's mission by ensuring seamless and frictionless payment experiences for merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise reconciliation and settlement related activities to ensure an effective operating model.
  • Process payments and transactions within standardized turnaround times and meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop implementation plans.
  • Ensure operational risk is effectively managed and addressed in all aspects of the payments and settlement function.
  • Lead projects related to payments and reconciliation, ensuring timely completion and achievement of objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience in international payment gateways, fintech, acquiring settlement, and banks with a focus on merchant settlement and reconciliation.
  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience with proven leadership skills and predominant experience in merchant settlement and reconciliation.
  • Graduation from a recognized university, preferably with an accounting background.
