We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and deployment of scalable Python-based backend services for AI-driven applications. If you have hands-on experience in system design, team mentoring, and building robust services using FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Celery, Docker, and Git, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong foundation in backend architecture, real-time systems, and Python development
  • Hands-on experience in designing modular and maintainable codebases, including setting up repository structures and database schema design
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor developers through all phases of development—from concept to deployment
  • Expertise in developing APIs using FastAPI, with robust validation using Pydantic and asynchronous capabilities
  • Knowledge of ORM and migrations using SQLAlchemy and Alembic
  • Experience in integrating task queues using Celery and background processing effectively
  • Ability to build and optimize database systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and related tools
  • Experience in integrating LLMs into backend systems to support conversational AI capabilities
  • Knowledge of AI/NLP libraries such as NLTK, scikit-learn in production-level applications
  • Experience in implementing containerization using Docker and maintaining version control with Git
  • Ability to contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth and reliable deployments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
