We have a Mass Customization Platform (MCP) which is a flexible ecosystem of modular, multi-tenant services empowering Cimpress businesses to select tailored solutions meeting their unique needs, fostering rapid innovation in product launches, customer outreach, and fulfillment of customized orders.

You'll be joining the Design to Life team as a Senior/Lead UX Designer where you will help our customers get value from the designs they create.

Your role is to connect our design and fulfillment experiences so customers can seamlessly transition between the two and bring their designs to life.

  • Contribute to user experience of design to life flow from conception to launch utilizing user-centered design methods crafting industry-leading designs.
  • Be hands-on every stage of design process—from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration—creating user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes along the way to bring ideas to life.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.

Occasional travel required to meet business stakeholders, platform teams, and collaborate on exciting initiatives.

Skillset
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions with measurable outcomes for users and business.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers including designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions and decisions to complex customer and business problems.
