Workday Implementation Lead

We are looking for a skilled Workday professional to join our team and lead small implementation projects, manage workload, develop complex configurations, and provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday Project Lifecycle, strong knowledge of Workday modules including Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll, and in-depth knowledge of the Workday object model and solution design approach.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements gathering and definition: Investigate business and technical requirements for clients' needs, work collaboratively with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements, and achieve a consensus on organization's needs and priorities.
- Design Workday solutions to meet client needs, conducting sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of concerned modules, and performing self-reviews and smoke testing of work delivered.
- Application Testing: Assist clients with testing of functional modules, driven by scenarios from client teams.
- Production Support: Include practices and disciplines of supporting Workday solutions post-deployment.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications or related field.
