Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead and guide our newly established team focusing on Open Banking and PSD2 in Europe. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in regulatory environments, preferably within financial services.

This pivotal role involves leading the analysis and design of innovative solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with the strategic objectives of our banking clients.

  • Conducting detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations (such as PSD2 and Open Banking - UK), interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions.
  • Producing comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with the regulation.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
  • Monitoring regulatory developments to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.
Requirements
  • Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
  • Experience in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and the creation of traceability matrices.
  • Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and being involved in API integrations or implementations.
