This role involves working on the development of scalable observability platforms and integrating synthetic monitoring into modern service architectures.

We are seeking a skilled engineer with experience in designing and implementing secure, resilient synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create custom synthetic monitoring solutions using emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate and implement various monitoring tools and techniques to deliver unified insights.
  • Develop onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources.
  • Lead the adoption of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tooling and standardize instrumentation and deployment models.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools (Catchpoint, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Primary Skills: - AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda), Application Performance Monitoring, Synthetic Monitoring, Dynatrace.

Secondary Skills: - Playwright Scripting.
