Instructional Designer: Training Expert

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging trainings for a global audience.

  • Create compelling storyboards, video scripts, job aids, scenarios, case studies, learning activities, online course content, web applications, infographics, and user guides using various instructional design theories.

  • Develop effective quizzes, simulations, and assessments based on learning and performance objectives.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant training materials.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the eLearning and instructional design community to enhance and expand on training deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex training programs, including course templates, models, standards, and procedures.

  • Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content.

  • Manage relationships with global subject matter experts in an environment with short deadlines and high business impact.
