Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience Evaluation: Utilizing analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with agencies and vendors to plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Performance Measurement: Providing accurate reports on marketing campaigns, measuring ROI, and reporting on performance.
