Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicate on key results, product roadmap, planned development, upcoming releases and areas requiring leadership attention
  • Coordinate with other product team members to manage dependencies and increments of value
  • Continuously discover and offer valuable solutions aligning with product key results
  • Understand the implications of various areas of focus and related organizational constraints
  • Use data to define baselines measure outcomes share insights prioritize backlog items etc.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking presents new technologies/solutions identifies unmet/underserved needs
  • Define and maintain a healthy backlog operating consistently adopting organizational standards presents backlog items with squads and external team members
  • Seek input from product process technology areas balance time-sensitive improvements for technical and product health
  • Collaborate with internal team members UX Technology Vendors Risk Compliance Security
  • Influence leaders squads peers on product strategy roadmap items key results upcoming releases
  • Practice agility discovering delivering value continuously
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 3 years experience in product management/delivery
  • 5+ years equivalent product management/delivery experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience determining product market fit defining go-to-market strategy
  • Familiarity with agile product management tools
Skills Licenses Certifications:
  • Product Manager/Owner RoadMap Vision Stake-holder Management Prodcut Management Product Delivery
  • Relevant certifications in product management/product delivery field
  • Strong knowledge/expertise of product domain including business model constraints regulations user experiences
  • Ability to remain flexible adapt changing priorities with promptness efficiency ease
  • Possess proficient analytical problem-solving decision-making skills
  • Proficient relationship-building skills including capacity predict manage behavior build leverage cross-functional partnerships
