Tata Consultancy Services seeks a highly skilled Network Architect to lead network monitoring and complex troubleshooting activities over supported networks covering multi-vendor and multi-site large enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Networking, Routing, Switching, LAN, WAN, SDWAN, IP Routing protocols, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VRRP, LDP, RSVP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Multicast, Policy-based routing. Experience with switches/routers/load balancers/WAN/SDWAN optimizers/firewalls, routing, switching, WAN optimization, and load balancing is required.

A strong understanding of 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi standards and related components, wireless controllers, and access points is necessary. The ability to manage network security policies and firewall administration for Cisco, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto firewalls is also required.

The successful candidate will lead all critical incidents reported by business and collaborate with other technical SMEs on all incidents affecting production systems. They will troubleshoot and resolve network and Security incidents, coordinate with wider teams (onsite and offshore), OEM support teams to resolve issues.

This role requires the ability to lead technical discussions, have up-to-date knowledge on the latest industry trends and technology, and measure, report, and maintain all service delivery KPIs/SLAs as defined in the service contract.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
