Senior Software Engineering Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software components.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring a stable production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Development: Design, develop, and ship new software features that meet the highest standards of efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical discussions and activities with global and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Code Quality: Write production-quality code that adheres to industry best practices and company standards.
  • Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile methodologies for project management, emphasizing collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
  • Tech Stack: Work on front-end UI technologies, visualization frameworks, and microservices-based architectures, utilizing tools like JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, and QualityCenter.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux, particularly in backend and integration projects.
  • Skills: Familiarity with designing, developing microservices-based frameworks with NodeJS, serverless Cloud Services, and AWS SDK. Knowledge of AWS services, including DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, ECS, Redshift, SQS, and EventBridge.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience in developing applications leveraging microservices, containers, serverless frameworks, and event-driven architecture. Familiarity with Secure DevOps practices, automated build processes, container deployment, CloudFormation, and scripting with Terraform.
