Job Title: Agile Project Manager - Windchill Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Agile Project Manager to lead our Windchill PLM implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and expertise in Windchill systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams working on Windchill PLM implementation, customization, and support projects.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and Windchill PLM domain knowledge.
  • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure team productivity and timely delivery of sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to groom the backlog and prioritize user stories for Windchill-related projects.
  • Track and report team progress, velocity, and sprint metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and facilitating action plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
  • Manage risks and escalate issues that could impact delivery timelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Agile practices and Windchill PLM functionalities to drive innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in IT projects with exposure to Windchill PLM systems.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Windchill PLM modules and understanding of product lifecycle management concepts.
  • Ability to identify and resolve project impediments proactively.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Windchill PLM implementation or support projects.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing processes.
  • Exposure to SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or engineering domains.
