**SAP HANA Database Expert Wanted**

Experience: 3 - 9 years of experience in SAP HANA DBA.

We are looking for a skilled and customer-centric SAP HANA Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP HANA Database architecture and the ability to manage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Message processing
  • Technical incident management
  • Service/change request management
  • Problem management
  • Root cause analysis

They will also perform:

  • Installation, patching, and upgrade activities
  • Performance monitoring, tuning, backup, restore, and recovery procedures
  • Ensuring high availability of systems, including disaster recovery setup

Additionally, they will provide technical expertise to optimize system operations and architecture, support concept and tool development to prevent issues and improve efficiency, collaborate within international teams, drive global knowledge transfer and documentation, conduct workshops and training sessions for customers, and supervise juniors and trainees to foster learning and growth.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 3-9 years of experience in SAP HANA DBA
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HANA Database architecture
  • Basic understanding of Linux operating systems
  • Expertise in HANA backup and recovery concepts using both traditional and Backint methods
  • Experience in DB restarts and troubleshooting issues in MDC/Non-MDC environments using both OS-level commands and Studio
