Role Summary:

As a seasoned expert in application monitoring and optimization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of applications to ensure seamless performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • - Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to identify areas of improvement

  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization strategies and drive business growth

  • - Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime

  • - Develop and maintain alarming systems for Dynatrace and Splunk to ensure timely incident response

  • - Work closely with developers to optimize application code and improve error handling

  • - Design and implement synthetic monitoring solutions to proactively identify potential issues

  • - Provide technical guidance on ITIL best practices and principles to ensure process excellence

  • - Liaise between application and platform teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • - Proven experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration

  • - In-depth knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks

  • - Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize application code

  • - Expertise in setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk

  • - Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools

  • - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement

  • - Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management

  • - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
