Job Title: Anatomy Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professor to join our department of anatomy. As an academic leader, you will be responsible for guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students in advanced anatomical studies, thesis writing, and seminars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in Anatomy for MBBS, BDS, Nursing, and Allied Health Sciences students.">
• Develop innovative teaching methodologies including digital anatomy, simulation-based training, and cadaveric dissection.">
• Design and update the Anatomy curriculum as per NMC guidelines.">

Research & Publications:

• Conduct and supervise original research projects in gross anatomy, histology, embryology, neuroanatomy, and clinical applications.">
• Publish research papers in reputed peer-reviewed national and international journals.">
• Guide Ph.D. scholars and postgraduate students in research methodology and publications.">
• Collaborate with other departments and external institutions on interdisciplinary research.">

Administrative & Leadership:

• Serve as Head/Coordinator of the Department (if designated).">
• Maintain departmental records, cadaver procurement, and laboratory resources.">
• Ensure compliance with institutional, ethical, and regulatory standards.">

Clinical Skills & Simulation:

• Oversee Clinical Skills & Simulation Lab (if applicable).">
• Integrate anatomical knowledge with clinical case discussions and surgical correlations.">
• Promote cadaveric skill training for surgeons and postgraduate students.">

Qualifications & Experience:

• MD (Anatomy) / MS (Anatomy) or equivalent recognized qualification.">
• 8+ Years of teaching experience in Anatomy as per NMC / MCI norms.">
• Strong academic background with evidence of research publications in indexed journals.">
• Experience in curriculum development, e-learning, and modern teaching methodologies preferred.">
