Job Title: Experienced AI Systems Analyst with Business Acumen

  • Craft detailed business requirement documents for ERP web and mobile application modules, leveraging expertise in AI-driven functionalities.
  • Leverage foundational understanding of AI technologies to integrate capabilities into ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering:
    • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders for AI integration in ERP modules.
    • Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
    • Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
    • Collaborate with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
  • Screen Layout Design:
    • Create screen layouts using spreadsheet tools or design software such as Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
    • Ensure designs align with user experience (UX) principles and stakeholder expectations.
  • Testing Plan Development:
    • Develop comprehensive testing plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure module functionality and performance, including AI components.
    • Collaborate with QA teams to validate testing outcomes and address issues.
  • Agile Methodology:
    • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Break down epics into user stories and ensure their readiness for development teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
    • Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.
  • Ai Expertise:
    • Foundational understanding of AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems.
    • Experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation and optimization is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or design tools like Sketch/Figma.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures.
    • Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
    • Cursory knowledge of SQL.
  • Agile Expertise:
    • Hands-on experience in Agile processes; certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are beneficial.
