Key Responsibilities:

As an Android App Developer at Connectio IT Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for translating complex designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code for Android applications. You will design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Java code, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Requirements:

  1. Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, resolve bugs, and enhance code quality.
  2. Maintain and refine code organization and automation processes to support efficient development workflows.
  3. Utilize strong knowledge of Kotlin and Android SDK to handle different Android versions and screen sizes effectively.
  4. Leverage RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration of Android applications with back-end services.
  5. Apply deep understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  6. Manage offline storage, threading, and performance tuning to optimize app functionality and user experience.
  7. Design applications with a focus on natural user interfaces, such as touch interactions, and incorporate additional sensors like gyroscopes and accelerometers where applicable.
  8. Stay informed about the open-source Android ecosystem and integrate relevant libraries to streamline common tasks.
  9. Translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  10. Implement cloud messaging APIs and push notifications to enhance user engagement.
  11. Conduct performance benchmarking and optimization to ensure applications meet high standards of efficiency.
  12. Adhere to Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
  13. Utilize code versioning tools such as Git and integrate continuous integration practices to support robust development processes.

  3. Create and maintain intuitive and responsive user interfaces that meet or exceed user expectations and align with design principles.
  4. Ensure seamless integration with back-end services through efficient use of RESTful APIs and other technologies, optimizing overall app functionality.
