Cell Culture Expertise

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cell Culture Specialist to support our upstream process development, scale up, and characterization for monoclonal antibody manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in one of the following areas: omics technologies – metabolomics, metabolic flux analysis, bioprocess modeling – metabolic modeling, process modeling, digital twin for bioreactors or cells, or computational fluid dynamics to better understand and simulate bioreactor mixing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and robust processes to meet desired product yield and quality standards
• Assess risk and plan for mitigation strategies during process development and scale up
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical discussions related to process development, technology transfer, and process improvement
• Participate in technology transfer activities and coordinate with program management and cross-functional teams to deliver on program timelines
• Provide support for regulatory dossier, filing, and audits

Requirements:

• Recent PhD graduates
• Technical expertise in one of the following areas: omics technologies – metabolomics, metabolic flux analysis, bioprocess modeling – metabolic modeling, process modeling, digital twin for bioreactors or cells, or computational fluid dynamics
• Scientific awareness of the latest advancements in science and technology, bioprocessing
