About Automation Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a specialist in automation, overseeing the implementation of Employee Central (SAP SF EC) globally.

As a consultant, you will lead project timelines, ensure quality, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute full implementation projects efficiently.
  • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues.
  • E nsure compliance with governance, change management, and organizational standards to deliver high-quality results.
  • Technical Lead & Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Own the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for seamless integration.
  • Design and implement integrations with local systems to enhance productivity.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Several years of experience in managing HR IT projects, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Required Skills
  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations).
  • Experience in technical consulting and solution architecture within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.

This role demands strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, as well as intercultural competence and experience working in multinational project teams to drive success.
