We seek a skilled Python Solution Engineer to join our client's solutions engineering team. This role requires close collaboration with customers to deploy solutions across global customer deployments.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in AIOps platforms designed for real-time actionable insights into managing multi-domain network and application infrastructures. They will be able to troubleshoot issues faster, reduce MTTR, and enhance efficiency by integrating multiple data sources into a user-friendly platform.

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • 1+ years of experience in python
  • 1+ years of experience in DevOps
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Proficiency in YAML syntax and its usage for configuration and data serialization
  • Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • A solid understanding of architecture, design, and data flow of supported applications for effective script design
  • The ability to read, develop, debug, and maintain simple to advanced automation scripts/code independently

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a test expert on the customer's operational analytics solution for networks, applications & security workflows;
  • Taking a hands-on role in deploying products to meet customer requirements;
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to develop deployment plans for POCs, leading them to successful completion;
  • Enhancing product features and quality through proposal submissions and customer reviews.
