DevOps Engineer Overview

Solytics Partners provides cutting-edge solutions and services to BFSI and Healthcare firms using AI/ML technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of DevOps engineers and driving automation of infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD processes, and containerized deployments on Azure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain DevOps pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Ensure smooth containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AKS).
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Prometheus.
  • Establish security best practices, including secrets management, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance within Azure.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to align DevOps practices with business goals.

Qualifications

A minimum of 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role is required. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its core services, as well as proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Certifications

Certifications in cloud technologies are a plus, such as Azure Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer.
