Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our influencer and collaboration efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key influencers, creators, and brand partners.

This role will involve identifying and onboarding relevant talent in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space, as well as managing campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.

The successful candidate will have a strong network of creators and influencers, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers, athletes, and creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiate collaboration deals that deliver ROI.
  • Ensure a steady content pipeline (reels, styling videos, user-generated content) for marketing.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with ad campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Track key performance indicators: engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI from collaborations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Two years of experience in influencer marketing/brand collaborations (fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle preferred).
  • A strong network of creators and influencers in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of user-generated content trends, Instagram, YouTube.
  • The ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships.
  • Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
