Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Intune administrator to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for administering the endpoint management platform, including agent deployment and reporting, software deployment, patch management, and endpoint compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Administer the endpoint management platform, ensuring seamless integration with other IT systems.
  • Deploy and manage software packages and patches efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk team on enterprise-wide deployment actions and resolve endpoint management agent issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for changes in the environment or new technologies introduced, facilitating knowledge sharing and reducing complexity.
  • Evaluate and recommend endpoint assets to ensure compliance with Information security policies and standards, ensuring data protection and integrity.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell and VBScript to streamline operational activities, reduce manual errors, and improve efficiency.
  • Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential for resolving complex technical issues and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate priorities, and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in MEM/Intune administration, imaging, and software packaging.
  • Expertise in Azure Active Directory administration and Active Directory GPO administration.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS installation and configuration, as well as providing 3rd-level Endpoint Support for Windows 11 and Mac OS.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
