Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Bakery (Mandatory)
- Industrial Training Required; On-the-job Bakery Training Preferred
- 1.1 – 2.5 Years of Practical Hands-on Bakery Experience
- Strong Understanding of Metric and Imperial Measurement Systems
- Ability to Follow Detailed Written and Verbal Instructions Precisely
- Comfortable Working in Hot, Humid Kitchen Environments
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic
- Intermediate Knowledge of Bakery Operations and Mise-en-place
