Software Development Lead Position

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time. They should be proficient in agile methodologies and have a strong understanding of software development life cycles.

This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to dynamic environments and lead by example with their solution-oriented attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of product features by implementing agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sprints.
  • Participate in backlog refinement and assist in user story prioritization.
  • Define, deploy, and improve SDLC processes.
  • Assign tasks to team members and monitor sprint progress.
  • Identify bottlenecks to sprint schedule and address them promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software product/platform development.
  • Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with prior experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing AI solutions within live projects.
  • Excellent grasp of software engineering processes, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc.
  • Effective communication and people management skills.
