Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to oversee the financial operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management
    • Oversight of day-to-day accounting functions in compliance with organizational policies.
    • Preparation and finalization of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
    • Management of fund allocation, investments, and banking services.
    • Audit of accurate bank reconciliation, foreign remittances, and guarantees.
    • Supervision of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Taxation & Compliance
    • Timely filing and compliance of tax returns etc.
    • Monitoring of tax liabilities and accurate calculation & timely payments.
    • Handling of audits, tax assessments, and liaison with auditors and consultants.
    • Maintenance of compliance with government regulations, financial laws, and organizational policies.
  • Contracts & Agreements
    • Clients billing and follow-up with clients for payment.
    • Review, draft, and management of contracts, agreements, and financial clauses with clients and vendors.
    • Assessment and compliance of financial risk in agreements.
  • Banking & Treasury Operations
    • Management of relationships with banks for guarantees, loans, and other facilities.
    • Handling of BGs/PBGs, Solvency Certificate, foreign payments, and fund transfers efficiently.
  • Systems & Processes
    • Efficient use of accounting software (Tally/ERP or equivalent).
    • Implementation of process improvements for financial efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Training and supervision of the accounts team, ensuring smooth workflow.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Expertise in Mutual Funds, Investments, and Banking Services.
  • Proven experience in handling contracts, agreements, and client billing.
  • Hands-on experience in foreign payments, bank reconciliation, guarantees.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP), MS Excel, and financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
