Treasury Management Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, with expertise in configuring and implementing Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and Risk Management solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Configuring TMS systems to meet client requirements;
  • Supporting international corporate organizations in their TMS/SAP TRM and Risk Management implementation;
  • Setting up treasury functions and implementing risk management strategies;
  • Developing business proposals and responses to RFPs;
  • Interacting with CXO-level clients independently;
  • Coaching junior team members to ensure excellent client delivery and career development.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in treasury tech advisory/finance tech/SAP practice;
  • Strong understanding of treasury policies, processes, procedures, and reporting requirements;
  • Experience in defining treasury policies and procedures in SAP TRM/TMS environment;
  • Knowledge of commodities and financial products;
  • Well-versed in cash and liquidity management, in-house bank setup, notional and physical cash pooling, borrowings management, investments management, and bank communication management within SAP environment;
  • Basic to moderate level of understanding of spot and derivative market operations for interest rates and foreign exchange products;
  • Strong communication skills to interact with C-Suite.
