As a Senior IT System Engineer, you will be part of the global IT team responsible for managing on-premises production and engineering lab servers. Your primary focus will be on maintaining code repositories and build systems, hypervisors (VMware and Hyper-V), and Linux administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain code repositories and build systems, ensuring seamless integration with various tools and technologies.

  • Provide expert-level support for Linux administration, including troubleshooting and scripting.
  • Manage storage infrastructure, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of technical experience as a Sr. System Administrator/Sr. Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills covering a wide variety of operating systems and applications.
  • Working knowledge of large-scale virtual deployments and ability to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of VMware and vCenter.
  • Hands-on experience in GIT and SVN code repository servers.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting Linux environments, including cluster and RAID configurations.
  • Strong operating system knowledge (Ubuntu, Red Hat, Debian, and Windows).
  • Able to manage server hardware infrastructure, including capacity planning, optimization, and hardware issues.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience.
