The Ideal Candidate:
- Has strong leadership and decision-making skills.

- Has domain expertise in QA methodologies, performance testing, automation frameworks, and cloud-based environments.

- Has experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.

About the Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
- Define QA strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure robust testing standards.
- Collaborate with development team, product, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
- Oversee and execute functional testing to validate the application's functionality and user workflows.
- Provide domain expertise to ensure accurate and context-aware testing for enterprise applications.
- Plan QA roadmap and provide accurate estimations for QA life cycle.
- Be ready to take up new challenges and learn new skills.
- Effectively communicate progress and challenges to the stakeholders.
