Job Title: Visa Processing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced visa processing specialist to manage end-to-end visa application processes for the European region. The role requires strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, embassy procedures, and coordination with clients, internal teams, and external authorities to ensure seamless and timely visa approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage visa applications for European countries (business, work, tourist, dependent, student visas).
  • Collect and verify required documents as per country-specific visa guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy/consulate rules, timelines, and checklists.
  • Coordinate with clients/candidates for missing documents, clarifications, and timely submissions.
  • Handle visa appointment bookings, biometrics, and interview scheduling.
  • Liaise with embassies, VFS, consultants, and other visa facilitation agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  • Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues proactively.
  • Support internal HR/mobility teams with visa-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with exposure to European countries.
  • Strong understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation.
  • Experience in handling business/work permits, dependent, and tourist visas.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and visa tracking tools.
