Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Hyderabad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, providing expert counseling and mental health support, and developing tailored therapeutic interventions to empower children with developmental delays.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position that requires the Psychologist to work closely with children and their families, collaborate with other therapists, and maintain accurate records of each child's progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to promote positive outcomes
• Provide counseling and mental health support to children and their families
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of each child's progress
• Collaborate with other therapists to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field
• Proficiency in psychological assessment and intervention techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience working with children with developmental delays and special needs (preferred)
